OLSC Toronto – 2024/25 Review
OLSC Toronto 2024/25 - President's Message
Hello, Reds!
What a year! What started as a planned "rebuild year" for Liverpool FC resulted in Premier League domination and a title! And it's about to culminate in a Champions parade at Liverpool. Still can't believe it.
Here in Toronto, our fan club took the next steps in our long-term growth plan, and I’m proud to say we delivered on all fronts. Check out the quick overview and photo gallery here.
We aimed to grow our Premium and General Membership—especially by welcoming more young Reds into the family—and we hit record highs in both categories. We focused on growing our footprint at our second pub out west, and the response was phenomenal. Attendance at our pubs was often beyond capacity.
We rolled out new kid- and family-specific events, including giveaways, our first-ever kids’ holiday party, and a year-end BBQ that’ll focus on family activities. It’s been incredible to see our youngest fans grow in number and in voice!
We formed a new partnership with Soccer World Central, giving our members discounts on Liverpool gear and football essentials. And in one of the most unforgettable moments of the year, we hosted a first-of-its-kind LFC concert, headlined by local Liverpool legend Andy Hodgson. That night reminded us all just how strong and vibrant our community really is.
Once again, we raised funds for the Daily Bread Food Bank and sent volunteers to help with their incredible work—a cause we are proud to stand behind. And we’re equally proud to have sent a record-breaking number of fans to Anfield this season, including two lucky members who experienced the magic of an all-expense-paid Anfield Experience.
None of this happens without you.
To our volunteers—you’ve given up thousands of hours behind the scenes, managing memberships, organizing events, manning merch tables, and doing a thousand little things most never see. You are the soul of this club. Thank you.
To the fans who show up each week—who wait in lines, brave early mornings, or stormy afternoons just to sing “YNWA” with fellow Reds—you are why this club exists. You make our community what it is.
And to Liverpool FC’s players, the new manager, and the ownership, thank you for giving us a team we can believe in, week after week, through every tackle, goal, and triumph. You give us something to be proud of, and we carry your spirit all the way here in Toronto.
