What is OLSC? 

OLSC is an acronym for Official Liverpool Supporters Club.  Liverpool Football Club has over 300 Official LFC Supporters Clubs (OLSCs) in over 90 countries worldwide. Each local club must apply to LFC for review and approval before becoming a sanctioned chapter, which OLSC Toronto is.

OLSCs provide a valuable service to loyal Liverpool Football Club supporters living in the local area. The Supporters Clubs also provide an excellent way of meeting fellow supporters devoted to following Liverpool Football Club, wherever they live in the World.

Official LFC Supporters Clubs are closely affiliated to Liverpool Football Club and enjoy a close working relationship with the Liverpool Football Club.


Where do you watch games?

LFC Toronto is building a network of HOME and AWAY pubs to ensure the large LFC fan base in the GTA has the easiest and best possible experience.

Our HOME PUB is The Madison Avenue Pub on 14 Madison Avenue, Toronto at Madison Avenue and Bloor Street West. It's conveniently located off the Bloor subway line, with ample street and lot parking.
Two AWAY PUBS are currently playing all matches: The Elephant & Castle in Downtown Toronto and The Slye Flox Public House in Burlington, ON.

Enhanced Vaccine Passports required to enter all pubs.


How does my pub become an official pub for matchday events?

OLSC Toronto is looking for satellite pubs across Toronto (416) and the Greater Toronto Area (905) to provide more opportunities for the thousands of Liverpool FC fans to gather in friendship and to cheer on our beloved REDS!   If you're a pub owner - or a fan who wishes to coordinate a satellite branch in the GTA  - please contact us here. 


How do I request tickets to Anfield?

One of the many benefits of being a member of the Toronto Branch of the Official Liverpool Supporters Club is the opportunity to purchase tickets to a match at Anfield. All paid-up Toronto Branch members, who are also full Official Liverpool FC Club Members, are eligible to apply for tickets.

Please note that members must also have a valid Liverpool Football Club Members Card, which can be applied for on the official Liverpool FC website, not the “International” membershipApply here.


Why should I become a member?

OLSC Members receive many benefits, including access to allotted tickets at Anfield, discounts to exclusive swag, food, etc., complimentary or discounted tickets to member events, pre-reservation at our home pubs for Cup finals (when seating is often limited due to volume of people), and more!  See our Member Perks page or review our Events and Blog pages.

Those are the physical perks but the real value is in the connections, friendships, and memories made with fellow Reds across the GTA!


How do I become a member? 

The easiest way is to become a member online! It's easy and fast!

You'll need to create an account on our website by completing the membership registration form. You can start here > membership information.   Once you've completed the payment you will receive a confirmation email (check spam or junk folder if you don't see it), and have access to your digital member card immediately.


Can I pay for my membership offline?

Yes! It takes a bit longer but it's doable!

  2. OR send us a completed Membership Form (PDF).

Payment for offline membership requests will need to be made in one of the following two methods:

  1. Via cash at any of Liverpool's live televised games at The Madison - find an LFC Executive to remit payment.
  2. Via Interact e-transfer. Please send $20.00 email transfer to payment@lfctoronto.com. Please indicate your name in the subject line. If a password is required, please send an separate email with your full name, phone number, and the password.
  3. Once payment is received, you'll receive an email within 7 days within a link to your digital membership card. If you require a physical card, please email membership@lfctoronto.com with a request.

NOTE: Manual memberships will not become active until payment is received.

 


What are membership dues used for? 

A membership fee is not required to attend watch parties at our home or away pubs; however, to create the best member and fan experience possible, OLSC Toronto charges a nominal fee for full membership in order to support our initiatives or offset costs for member-based events. These include: Support of local and Liverpool-based community groups, hosting fan experiences (such as our holiday party), sponsoring fan experiences such as hosting ex-Liverpool players in our pub, and, where needed, updating banners and in-pub signage. 

NOTE: 100% of the funds collected through membership goes to the club’s mandate; OLSC Toronto Executives and Chairpersons are volunteers and collect no compensation for their time and effort. No portion of the membership fee collected is paid to Liverpool FC.


Where Do Funds from Raffles and Events Go? 

The revenue from the raffles the OLSC Executive and Volunteer teams run at various HOME and AWAY pubs are distributed as follows. After the costs of the raffle (tickets, prizes, signage) is paid, the remainder is distributed between our chosen Charity or Local Support Group and offsetting costs for member events and benefits, such as member half-time draws. No portion of any raffle is sent to Liverpool FC or used to pay any individual or company. 

All members will receive a report of fund receipts and allocation in the annual report issued by the Treasurer.


How long is the OLSC Toronto Membership?

Regardless of when you purchase your membership, OLSC Toronto memberships are valid from August 1st to July 31st of the following year to coincide with the start of pre-season activities.
