Our History

There has been a large Liverpool F.C. supporters fan base in Toronto for many years.  However, the official Toronto branch was only formed in 2001.  We have watched Liverpool at several different locations during the past decade, the most notable being Scallywags on St Clair from 2004 to 2019.   Sadly, Scallywags has closed permanently but our new “home bar” for the new season will be The Madison, 14 Madison Avenue, Toronto.

All Liverpool FC fans, whether you are a club member or not, can come down and join us cheer on the Mighty Reds, enjoy a great breakfast or brunch, and a pint or two – after 11:00am, of course!

We have brought over many former Liverpool players over the years, including Bruce Grobbelaar, big Ron Yeats, “Super Sub” Dave Fairclough, Ian St John, Phil Neal and John Barnes. In 2005 we had the entire Liverpool legends masters side present to meet and greet our members.

If you haven’t already experienced a game with the Toronto branch then come and meet up with a great bunch of Reds and experience the best atmosphere this side of the Mersey.

COVID ALERT (temporary) – new
Due to current COVID restrictions, The Madison are only accepting reservations ahead of time so they can staff accordingly and within their capacity limits. All safety protocols are in place – see attached.
