Community Managers / Social Media
Subcommittee: Marketing & Communications

One of OLSC Toronto's goals is to build and support a strong Liverpool FC community across the GTA. This means we need to increase our digital footprint to encourage, recognize, and reward fans wherever they are.

We do this through social media/digital engagement across various platforms , including our website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.  So we're looking for volunteers to help develop and work on a communication plan, create, post, and monitor content across our platforms.  We also need people to help manage live matchday threads on our Facebook page.

Helpful Skills: Social Media Content Creation + Publishing, Graphic Design (nice to have), Community Management (nice to have)

• Time commitment: Expected between 4-6 hours monthly, not counting time spent during matches
• Frequency: Once a week ideally (but flexible depending on your schedule - a rotation of a few would be great so we can take turns).
• We meet on occasion, usually before or after games for 30-60 minutes and on patios in the off-season. Digital/email/Whatsapp collaboration is quite normal.
• Please note: This is a volunteer role.

VISUAL MEDIA (GRAPHICS/PHOTOGRAPHY)
Subcommittee: Marketing & Communications

Looking for graphic artists and creative-types for the creation of visual content creation can include graphic design to be used in our promotional material, social media, website, and events.  In addition, some members of this committee will be needed to photograph and/or video fan activity at our home pub (The Madison Avenue Pub) on matchday, along with other planned member events.

Helpful Skills: Videography, Video Editing, Digital collaboration, Social Media, Graphic Arts

• Time commitment: Expected between 4-6 hours monthly, not counting time spent during matches
• Frequency: Once a week ideally (but flexible depending on your schedule - a rotation of a few would be great so we can take turns).
• We meet on occasion, usually before or after games for 30-60 minutes and on patios in the off-season. Digital/email/WhatsApp collaboration is quite normal.

CONTENT WRITER 
Subcommittee: Marketing & Communications

Communication is key to keeping our members and non-member up to date on all things Liverpool, as well as information about our local club's activities. We're looking for people with strong writing skills plus a good knowledge of Liverpool FC to help with content development, including OLSC Toronto blogs.

Helpful Skills:  Strong command of English language, marketing/PR, social media, blogging

• Time commitment: Expected between 4-6 hours monthly, not counting time spent during matches
• Frequency: Once a week ideally (but flexible depending on your schedule - a rotation of a few would be great so we can take turns).

EVENTS
Subcommittee: Membership & Events

We're on the hunt for help with Events and one-of activations. You will be focused on research, strategy, execution, build-up of awareness towards the goal of a few select one-of and annual events for LFC Toronto.

Helpful Skills: Event Coordination, Oral and Written, Communication (internally and to Sponsors/Partners) Picture Editing, Social Media (nice to have)

OLSC Toronto is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes the need to manage our growing database of members. This support role could be involved in membership drives or member management.

Helpful Skills: Association Management, Membership, Strong Communication Skills, Social Media or Fundraising (nice to have)
